Building Benchmarking for State and Local Compliance

Benchmarking is the process of measuring your building’s energy and water consumption—and comparing it against past performance and to other similar buildings. Join fellow building professionals in learning how to benchmark your building and comply with state and local regulations.

At this workshop you'll learn how to use the industry-leading benchmarking tool, ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®, which will help you better manage energy consumption and provide greater insight into prioritizing energy audits and retrofits.

By learning how to benchmark your building, you will also be prepared to comply with mandatory regulations, such as Assembly Bill 802. We will also introduce the Benchmarking Coach program that provides no-cost, one-on-one technical support to building owners throughout San Diego County.
